I had previously given a very good rating to this spa for their waxing services. But the last two visits have been nothing short of horrific. Two months ago, I went in for a Brazilian, and the lady did such a sloppy, careless job that I had to return the next day just to have it done properly. That should have been my warning sign.But nothing prepared me for what happened yesterday. It was, without exaggeration, the worst experience of my life. I went back for a Brazilian, and the lady ripped the wax so aggressively, so violently, from the most sensitive area of my body that it literally tore my skin open. Im not being dramatic I was still am actually bleeding, in pain, and completely traumatised. I cried my eyes out, shaking from the shock.And their response They offered to waive the fee as if that fixes anything, and then had the nerve to justify it by saying, Well, the skin there is sensitive. EXACTLY. Because its sensitive, it requires expertise and extreme care, not rushed, reckless handling. Ive had countless waxes in my life, and this has never happened. Ever.I am beyond disgusted and deeply upset. I will never return to this spa, and I strongly urge anyone considering intimate waxing here to seriously reconsider. No one should have to leave a spa injured and crying. -0 rating.

Ich war jetzt im Salon, möchte mich herzlich bei Simone für die Tiefenreinigung meines Gesichts bedanken das Ergebnis ist einfach toll Ich kann meinen nächsten Termin kaum erwarten.
